Frequently Asked Questions

Most packages will be shipped via USPS.

For international packages, it is the consumer's responsibility to pay any additional fees (i.e., duties, taxes, customs).

📬 Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Delivery times may vary. Please check your tracking number for an estimated delivery time. Order processing and fulfillment may take up to a week, usually within 1-5 business days. The holidays are a busy time of the year. During the holidays, please allow an additional 2-5 weeks before reporting a package missing!

↩ Q: WHAT IS YOUR SHOP'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please carefully read the product descriptions for sizing and specifications before purchasing.

If your order is damaged or missing, please contact us at tinasaurusrexdesign@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photo(s) of the order.

📦 Q: WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Double check to see if your address is correct. If any information was provided incorrectly, it may be returned to me. I can resend it as long as the shipping fee is covered.

Contact your local post office, since they will be able to provide more information as to where your package is. We have no control over packages once they leave our hands.

For packages stuck "in transit," please allow a 4-week wait period to see if the package shows up. Unfortunately, these things can happen from time to time.

If the package still has not arrived, please email us at tinasaurusrexdesign@gmail.com, and we can discuss a solution together.

For packages that show as "delivered," check to see if package was received by a neighbor, family member, etc. If it was not received and is missing, please follow the instructions at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm and file the proper search request. Once USPS has concluded their investigation, and depending on their findings, we will determine the next course of action. 

🛒 Q: CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?
